What is the BEST weight loss system?
I wanna know a weight loss program with diet pills, diet and excercise that will make me lose weight pretty fast! i am pretty impatient but I would like to lose 20 more pnds. I recently lost 30 pnds but I had to REALLY deprive myself, take diet pills AND excercise! I just want to know a program that has worked for you and maybe I can get some ideas. Thanks in advance for all the advice!
A program?? I don't think diet pills are the most effective. What worked best for me was the Biggest Loser diet. It sounds dumb and it's really not for very overweight people, but for anyone. I picked up the book.. It has lots of inspiration and it's honest, it helps you change your lifestye (to exercise each day, think positively about yourself, and eat small, healthy meals often throughout the day to boost your metabolism.) It also has lots of recipes (And you can buy the cookbook). When the show is on, it's also very inspiring. That's what worked for me!

diet pills dont work… my mom took them all the time and didnt lose any. from what her friends tell her is weight-watchers you just have to eat their food all the time. but once you stop you gain the weight is what sucks.

The ONLY way is to burn more calories than you intake…Period. There is no magic bullet or solution in a can.

All right listen. You are never going to lose weight and keep it off unless you lose it the healthy way. Do not take diet pills…they are a bunch of BS and a big waste of money. If you eat right and excercise regularly, you will lose the excess weight on your body. If you do a fad diet, you will lose weight, but gain it right back again once you stop the fad diet. Remember…losing weight is a lifestyle change, not just a 'diet'

I lost 60lbs by using a dietary supplement called Venom by a company named Arli. It has alot of caffene in it. It really killed my appetite…its the only thing that has worked for me so far. I would read up about it and get as much info before taking it.
Side effects that I experienced (went away with continues use)
At first…I had insomnia
cotton mouth
A friend reported feeling excessively happy
another friend reported feeling very depressed
My husband will take it (even though he does not to loose weight) for extra energy.

if you don't wanna exercise, you can just diet. no carbs. carbs give you pounds and exercising doesnt do much for weight unless its intense exercise. just diet and stay away from carbs. you can try some of those pills to make you lose weight, but also diet off carbs.

I have taken pills, and yes they do work.
But the question is are they worth the risk? I was taking them back in the days of the efedra craze. They made me hyper and jittery and gave me a very short temper. Did they work? Sure did, I lost something like 20 lbs my first month!
They made me feel like crap, and I felt like I may die soon if I kept taking them. I have since tried them again, they are better - but I would not recommend them.
What you need is:
Exercise + low (or lower) cal diet.
Eat many small meal throughout the day, it'll keep your metabolism going and working.
Resent studies have showed that consuming green tea can help you burn an extra 70-100 cals a day. Many tasty ways to consume green tea these days.
Keep with it.
