Are trampolines a good workout and good weight loss system ?

generally , are they a good workout , and do they help keep you limber, fit and looking great :) ?

yeah they are really great, one thing they buikd your leg muscles, help a bit with balance, keep you fit, and help strengthen your bones so when you get older, they don't become very fragile and brittle.

    They're great. You'll work out major muscle groups, strengthen your core muscles and burn fat. There is a whole exercise movement based on jumping on the trampoline.
