dont use a pill. thats cheating and not exactly helpful. instead try exercizing and eating healthy. it works and is good for you.

Curious, why wouldn't you want to lose weight and keep it off? Rapid weight loss diets/devices only encourage the weight to return (usually more than you originally lost).
Do your self a favor (seriously) and lose it the right way and keep it off. Make a lifestyle change…get yourself on a healthy, well-balanced eating program and exercise at least 1 hour a day, at least 5 days a week.
