Fast Weight Loss Plan For Me?
Ok here the stuff i cant go to a gym or go out and buy all these healthy food. i live in a place where it is very HARD to walk or jog outside what is a good food plan for me and some excersizes i really need help il do anything best answer 10 points
I think all you need is a guide or plan to start you off and there are thouhsands online, but i found 3 that i think really work so check them out and tell me what you think

You can lose weight without going to the gym. You do not need to spend a lot of money on healthy foods. You can do pushups and situps anywhere there is a floor.

The best way for an in-home exercise would be to either get on a plan of crunches, situps, push ups, and jogging in place. Or if you are unable to go outside, then maybe investing in a treadmill and/or a bowflex would be a good idea. With the bowflex, you can work out your muscle groups to keep your body toned. And with a treadmill you can keep your heart in shape.

hi
change your diet, eat six times a day but leesen their amount.
also drink at least 12 glasses of water per a day
don't eat ecaxtly after doing exercise
do sit up in aerobic system, I have tried it. do sit up fast, at most 30 seconds rest and try again.I can continue sit up without resting for 25 minutes , you can too , but you need trying, its hard at first and harmful
stretch exercises are useful too.

I know from personal experience that the more carbohydrate foods you eat the more insulin is let into the system and the hungrier you become, The way I solved this was by following a simple diet that after the first 3 days of suffering, headaches and sometimes nausia you won't beleive how good you feel not hungry and the weight just falls off you. The diet is by a natropath so it's safe and healthy. I lost heaps of weight on this diet. You should take a vitamin pill with this but when you wake up eat 1 rasher of bacon and one egg some fried mushrooms pat off fat with paper towel, lunch greated carrot, 1/4 of shredded cabbage mix with mayonnaise full cream, chicken, fish or other meat 30g, drink 8 glasses or more of water/day but give it 1/2 hr before meals, dinner: veggies but no potatoes, pumkin, peas, corn they are loaded with carbohydreates, and watch the deli meats they are also loaded with carbs and breaded foods. no bread either, rice or pasta. so veggies for tea green leafy is best smal amount of carrots, beans etc, plus 60g meat or fish. cooked any way you like. You can have cream in your coffee, only drink de caffinated, diet drinks are allowed but watch some they have carbs. when trying to lose weight, what happens is your body will burn up the carbs stored before burning the fat stores, so if you decide to have porridge for breakfast, I know it's healthy but full of carbs you would have to burn that off first that would take some seriouse exercise to acheive, whereas with this diet, the protiens don't get stored as fat they are used elsewhere in the body like muscle, skin etc, your body needs 20g of carbs / day to function you can chose your own if you don't like the choices I have given you. and 4 serves of protein / day 30g serves cheese is 20g serves. watch the fruit, I know strawberries are good fairly low, 200g watermelon is about 6g carbs, grapes are bad. look up carb counter on net should find some info. you will be surprised how well this works and if you still feel hungry on this diet just eat some cheese or peanut butter between meals, try not to though, your stomache will shrink really quickly and you won't be able to eat much anyhow and keep telling yourself you only need enough food to survive, alot of weight problems is your attitude. Try and think I don't need food I don't want it I'm going to be thin. etc. good luck.

Breakfast: one bowl of cereal and one peice of fruit
Lunch: sandwhich and salad
tea: pasta, meat, rice and salad
snacks and drinks: fruit juice and or water, fruit and yougurt
exersizes: do 15 situps, 15 pushups, hold ure legs up 20cms or close to and hold for 40 seconds, crunchs, run on the spot for 1 mintute and repeat 2 times.
