Anyone have a fast weight loss plan?
My doctor told me she wants me to lose weight as quickly as possible (I recently lost 20, with about 90 to go to reach my healthy range). She told me to walk, and suggested a diet high in veggies and fruits and so on, which I have been following. My prob is my knees hurt so bad with walking! Everyone says once I lose the weight it won't hurt anymore, but it's really hard! I had a time of depression (I'm going through a divorce from an abusive man) alongside an inactive thyroid. Does anyone have a fitness plan that won't hurt but can help me get this weight off quicker? I'm not a good swimmer, and can't go under water because of ear problems, so when I tried swimming, I got a very stiff and painful neck from keeping my head out of the water. I have a bike. What kind of excercise burns most calories? How can I get the fastest results?

Pilates will probubly help. Its a excersize yoga vidio. It burns fat and relaxes your body along with sculpting your muscles. If you eat healthy and do pilates that will make you lose some. Or at least untill youcan walk without being in pain.
