Fast Weight Loss Plan For Me?

Ok here the stuff i cant go to a gym or go out and buy all these healthy food. i live in a place where it is very HARD to walk or jog outside what is a good food plan for me and some excersizes i really need help il do anything best answer 10 points

Anyone have a fast weight loss plan?

My doctor told me she wants me to lose weight as quickly as possible (I recently lost 20, with about 90 to go to reach my healthy range). She told me to walk, and suggested a diet high in veggies and fruits and so on, which I have been following. My prob is my knees hurt so bad with walking! Can you help me out with my fast weight loss plan?

I’ma girl, 20 years old. I’m 5′3″ and 128lbs (just over 9 stone). I haven’t been happy with my weight for a long, long time. Its my own fault really, lacking in motivation and get-up and go. Really I’ve just had enough and I want to lose a stone or more for anoccasionn I have coming up in October, so I’ve devised my own weight loss plan. Now before I tell you, I know that it’s probably not the healthiest, I know that the guideline weight loss is 2lb a week, I know all of that. I’m just looking for facts here, not criticism.
My plan is this: (7 days a week) To get up in the mornings and walk for an hour with my doggy.. Then to do an hour on my exercise bike.. And an hour of yoga.. This is teamed with a dramatic cut in calories to, like, 600-700 a day (unhealthy blah blah). I have slow metabolism.
Basically I just wanna know stuff like: how much people think this would make me lose and in what space of time?

What is a good weight loss plan that works fast?

Ok I'm a 19 year old male, about 5' 5'' and 190 pounds. I want to lose weight even if it not really fast, but the faster the better. i have fat in my stomach, thighs, and chest. i need a list of foods to eat and foods to avoid, besides fruits and veggies which i already eat. I also need an exercise plan to go with it. I wont have a problem sticking to it either. Thanks for your help.

I need a weight loss plan for fast weight loss, yet something I could maintain so I don't gain it all back.

I am 23 years old, weigh 250 pounds, 5'6" and carry the weight pretty well. I wear a size 18-20. It is evenly distributed on my body, however, I would like to lose weight all over my body and be a size 12 or 150lbs, whichever comes first. Now I work full time and Go to college full time and have a 15 month old child. So in this case I need a weight loss plan that is realistic and something I can continue so I don't gain all the weight back. I started a weight loss plan about 3 weeks ago and that was walking 30 min 4 or 5 days a week (when I had time) and cutting back calories to 1700 per day. Also I eat 90 grams of protein daily. So far nothing is working!! I've lost 10 pounds but all in water weight. I need to lose FAT. What is your advice???

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!
