What is the BEST weight loss system?

I wanna know a weight loss program with diet pills, diet and excercise that will make me lose weight pretty fast! i am pretty impatient but I would like to lose 20 more pnds. I recently lost 30 pnds but I had to REALLY deprive myself, take diet pills AND excercise! I just want to know a program that has worked for you and maybe I can get some ideas. Thanks in advance for all the advice!

A program?? I don't think diet pills are the most effective. What worked best for me was the Biggest Loser diet. It sounds dumb and it's really not for very overweight people, but for anyone. I picked up the book.. It has lots of inspiration and it's honest, it helps you change your lifestye (to exercise each day, think positively about yourself, and eat small, healthy meals often throughout the day to boost your metabolism.) It also has lots of recipes (And you can buy the cookbook). When the show is on, it's also very inspiring. That's what worked for me!

What is a safe weight loss pill with little or no side affects?

im just trying to lose inches around my waste and lost some of my stomach. I don't want to look sickly though.

Well Of course you know a excellent diet would help you. Keeping carbs,fat,sugar,salt,and calories to a miminum. Stick to dark leafy veggies and not potatoe and root like vegatables filled with carbs. Also keep protein high with leans meats like fish and chicken. Cardio every other day for 30 mintues to 1 hours would be best. and some light weightlifting to tone in between cardio days. And dont follow the myth the more ab work you do the better its all diet you need to do ab work every other day at the max. Leg lifts, Bicycles, crunches, swimming, running, etc.

Fast Weight Loss Plan For Me?

Ok here the stuff i cant go to a gym or go out and buy all these healthy food. i live in a place where it is very HARD to walk or jog outside what is a good food plan for me and some excersizes i really need help il do anything best answer 10 points

Fast Gain, Fast Loss - Gaining/Losing Weight?

I know that it is not good to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week for safe weight loss. I had a question though. If you gain 15 pounds in one month, is it safe to lose 15 pounds the next month?

I am not saying either is healthy and I know that yo-yo dieting is horrible - all "tips" aside, I have heard that the main reason you should not lose weight quickly is because your body will not have time to adjust. But if you put it on super fast (which I know is unhealthy anyway), will it greatly hurt you to lose it that fast as well?

well usually people have a set point…. consistency is the key…. let's say your set poing is 135lbs You usually could lose 5-10lbs then go back to 135lbs in a couple of weeks, then gain 5-10lbs and then go back to 135lbs in a couple of weeks… If you excersie consistently for a long period of time, months-years…. then your set point itself will change… to let's say 110…

My father is a nutritionist… He does not believe in "QUICK" weight loss diets… if they are not maintained for years..

i was wondering what would be the fastest way to losing fat? also what kind of foods should you be eating for maximum effect? and how fast should you be running and for how long?

Lipo, but I wouldn't go that way.

Health wise, i'd quit refined foods, anything with honey or white sugar, soft drinks, fast food, anything bagged…etc.

Eat 5-6 small meals a day and excercise.

Anyone have a fast weight loss plan?

My doctor told me she wants me to lose weight as quickly as possible (I recently lost 20, with about 90 to go to reach my healthy range). She told me to walk, and suggested a diet high in veggies and fruits and so on, which I have been following. My prob is my knees hurt so bad with walking! How can I lose weight fast?

I'm 18 years old, and incredibly self conscious. I know that I'm not fat. I'm 5'9" and I weight 157. But my mid section is pudgy, and I'm really uncomfortable. There isn't a single day where I just feel good about myself because I'm always worried about my stomach. Since graduating from high school, I've gained at least 20 pounds. I was a swimmer and water polo player, and after graduation, my exercise level seriously decreased. Although, once starting school at UCSD, I did a lot of walking to get to class, so I lost about 5 pounds. But I want to lose 27 pounds. I'd love to weight 130, or even 135, but 157 is just way too much. I have 8 weeks until school starts, and I'd like to look and feel good when I go back. I've been pretty active this summer teaching swim lessons and babysitting (and we go a lot of places, like the Zoo and Sea World), so I'm getting some exercise. But I need to motivate myself to get more. Any ideas for super fast and effective weight loss?? HELP!

Start with motivation.. picture yourself in perfect shape in a nice swin suit or a sexy dress or something!! Then realize you will have to work to get there.

Then, tune up your diet. Stop munching on cookies, chips, candy and chicken fingers. Try eating veggies and fruits and whole grains… this will help with the pudgy midsection.

Now you have to tone up, which you know from sports. Try excersizing for 25 minutes a day.. biking, running etc. to get your cardio up, and then do some toning… lifting weights, yoga, anything!

Just remember, avoid procrastinating, b/c changes don't happen overnight! and keep motivated…. best of luck!

How Can One Loss Weight Fast - Without Dieting Or Eating Diet Pills?

I have tried all sort of "Fats Loss" products and most of them advocate a "Low fat, Low carb, Low Calorie" programs.

I have tried but could not maintain for long because it is really tough to maintain and results I'm getting is not ideal though I am dieting hard!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
