I 5′ 6″ and I’m 164lbs. I have been trying to loose weight for about 3 weeks now so far I have lost 11lbs. Unfortunately this is not fast enough. Is there any weight loss plan that is free. I don’t want to become too skinny I want to loose about 15lbs. I have currently restricted my diet to about 700 calories per day. I am fully aware that this is not healthy which is why I am wondering if there is any other method. I don’t want to starve myself on the master cleanse but I also don’t want to not eat. I do about 20 crunches per day but the weight just does not seem to want to come off. I cant afford to buy a program so that is out of the picture for now. I would like to loose the 15lbs in about 2 weeks or less if possible. Thanks to all who respond.
You can add 5-7 pieces of fruit to what you are eating. apples are filling and they contain no fat. Bananas, oranges you can eat all you want and not gain weight. but you'll be nourished and energized and not starving. and drink only plain water. running for 30 minutes a day is very beneficial. Skip the crunches they are a total waste of time.

super fast weight loss
I am 23 years old, weigh 250 pounds, 5'6" and carry the weight pretty well. I wear a size 18-20. It is evenly distributed on my body, however, I would like to lose weight all over my body and be a size 12 or 150lbs, whichever comes first. Now I work full time and Go to college full time and have a 15 month old child. So in this case I need a weight loss plan that is realistic and something I can continue so I don't gain all the weight back. I started a weight loss plan about 3 weeks ago and that was walking 30 min 4 or 5 days a week (when I had time) and cutting back calories to 1700 per day. Also I eat 90 grams of protein daily. So far nothing is working!! I've lost 10 pounds but all in water weight. I need to lose FAT. What is your advice???
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, 2 of the meals should b protein drinks, the other meals should consist of
protein: egg whites, chicken, tuna, fish, steak
complex carbs: brown rice, yams, whole wheat breads
veggies: asparagus, green beans, broccolie, other green veggies
and drink alot of water, and drink green tea throughout the day
….cardio 6 days a week, in the morning, before any breakfast right after u wake up, walk on the treadmil for atleast 40 minutes….in the afternoon 3 times a week do a full body low weight circuit workout, do abs every other day…. email me if u need anything else
