When trying to lose weight, either by diet
or exercise, you should never starve
yourself.
This is not only extremely unhealthy, but
it can sometimes become counter
productive.
The most effective way to lose fat fast is
to eat as healthy as possible.
There are tons of foods out there that
everybody knows are just not healthy, ex: most fast food
restaurants, candy, cookies, cake, soda and
alcohol.
It will be very hard to extract your full
weight loss potential if you consume these foods on a daily,
even weekly basis.
And no, drinking diet soda instead of
regular soda isn’t going to help at all, soda is soda,
that’s cheaters thinking and this can very easily lead to
failure during a weight loss program.
The best think to do is drink plenty of
water whenever you are thirsty, rather than reaching for a
Coke or Pepsi.
Our bodies need water every day in order
to function right, it makes sense to say that if you drink
more soda or alcohol rather than more water every day that
your body will be functioning at well below its full
potential.
Water also helps to flush out toxins in
your system and greatly improve overall
health.
Once you get into the habit of drinking
more than enough water every day then your body will be able
to operate at its peek, which in turn will maximize weight
loss.
If you’re hooked on coffee, soda or any
other type of caffeinated drink you might be afraid of
quitting because headaches and tiredness.
This is what I mean when I say that the
first few weeks are the hardest part.
Once you tough it out you will
feel 500 percent better, I know from personal experience. I
was hooked on Coke for most of my life, and I mean hooked, I
drank at least five a day.
To make it worse I even drank energy
drinks such as Monster, In order to keep me
“awake”.
Once I quit the headaches started in, but
not even half as bad as I thought, I had one ore two a week
for the first to weeks, but that was it. And now that I’m
off I feel great, my body feels clean and
healthy.
Back to my point, consuming healthy foods
and beverages every day can improve your weight loss
exponentially, this is something you can start right now to
get the good habits going before you get into the
food choices and
timing.
Another tip while going through with a
weight loss plan it to avoid overworking
yourself.
Don’t get me wrong, you need to work hard
in order to lose fat fast, but don’t work so hard that you
start to have injuries in the gym, or come down with a
sickness.
You want to be as healthy as possible in
order to stay committed to your future
self.
Makes sure you get 8 hours of sleep at
night and if you do get sick or injured get yourself to the
doctor and avoid the gym until you are
better.
If you workout while you’re sick or
injured you can easily worsen your condition, which can put
off any real results for the amount of time it takes to
recover.
Also, make sure you know the proper way to
perform an exercise so you can fully benefit from it as well
as avoid any muscle or joint injuries.
